Local police arrest three suspects involved in notorious phone scam

Taranveer Singh, 21, Gursewak Singh, 22, and Harmonjot Kaur, 23, are charged with fraud over $5,000 and theft over $5,000 for alleged involvement in a recent phone scam. Two charged in Brooks drug bust
