The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a recall Sunday for several products from the brand Inspired Go in Alberta due to possible listeria contamination.

Inspired Go’s Bento Noodle Bowl, Greek Mezze Salad, Dill Chickpea Salad, Super Solstice Salad and Pickle Platter Snack Pack have all been affected by the recall.

People are advised not to consume, use, sell, serve or distribute the recalled products. Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the location where they were purchased.

CFIA warns that food contaminated with listeria monocytogenes may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you ill upon ingestion.

Symptoms of listeria include vomiting, nausea, fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness. Pregnant women, elderly people and the immunocompromised are particularly at risk.

This recall impacts products sold online and in Alberta.

If you think you became sick from consuming a recalled product, contact your healthcare provider.
