Delighted with the amazing variety of wild birds in Medicine Hat and area. I saw six bald eagles yesterday and again today in cottonwoods high above the South Saskatchewan River from the library and downstream to the Treatment Plant.

Hats off to the men and women who keep the trees and bushes pruned along the walking trails in Ross Glen. Double hats off for the quick snow removal along said trails.

Tickled Pink by St. Josephs and the wonderful staff. They are so caring and compassionate in dealing with loved ones and their grieving families at a very difficult time. Thank you for your caring.

I have always appreciated how immaculately clean the washrooms are in the Medicine Hat Mall. I’ve seen the cleaners at work and they are extremely thorough. Thanks! Merry Christmas!

Was happy to get the weather discount at one of my favourite stores to buy jeans downtown! They have so many great brands that you can’t buy other places in the Hat.

I was overwhelmed with joy by reading the story of the local girl, now age 12, who has, for years, been using her birthday as a celebration to fundraise. Her kindness and generosity will help many families and children this holiday season. Well done young lady!

A big thank you to Rosco and his volunteers at Rosco’s Pub for once again cooking and delivering to the food bank 350 complete, delicious Christmas Turkey meals!

Love making the carol sing at St. Barnabas Church with the community orchestra an annual tradition over the last few years. Thank you for making it happen.

I agree with the lady that posted she was Tickled Pink she can read the News on her iPad and zoom in and out as required. I feel the exact same way and am glad it is available to read on my iPad as well. Technology is wonderful, for the most part.

If I could save another person from the loss of their canvas garage shelter. The constant buffeting of the wind causes the zipper to creep up. Once the door is open it acts like a parachute. But wasn’t built for that direction and shreds. Use a bungee cord to secure your zippers down. Merry Christmas.
