That our UCP provincial leaders were so convinced that carbon tax contributed to our high prices and with the removal of it, life would be more affordable. What a joke. Prices continue to rise.

Happy to see the Roughriders win, and that Carney got booed mercilessly. Maybe people are finally waking up to his grift.

The new for-profit surgery industry in Alberta will undermine the timely care of patients in the public system and the rich will probably be first in line.

Not sure where you got your information from, but fall and autumn are interchangeable words used both in North America and British-English.

Next provincial and municipal elections, please use automated counting. If banks trust using automated money-counting machines and be accurate, I am sure machines can count votes accurately. Which also gets election results out quicker and saves a lot of money.

Had a good laugh from the person who complained about a visit to the “expert” whose office was decorated with an abundance of Oilers’ paraphernalia and caused a near fatal experience. Hope you are not a Flames fan, or you would have been dead years ago!

You know federal politics is all theatre when four MPs that talk a good game can’t be bothered to participate in an extremely important vote. They should all lose their seats immediately.

If any place advertises 20-40% off for Black Friday. This is not a great sale for such a big sale day. Everything has to be at the very least 40% off or I can stay at home. 50 % is the price we all want to see.

I am mighty disappointed and annoyed with Canadian businesses advertising Black Friday sales. Black Friday is not a Canadian tradition, nor does it have meaning or relevance in Canada. I am sure November promotions and sales can be alternatively created – just put on thinking caps, please don’t be lazy.

That an Oct. 30 submission in TOTP suggested to indicate to me that the NDP are responsible for the coal companies lawsuits. My understanding is the UCP rescinded the 1976 protection, allowed coal companies in and then sent them packing.
