Ticked Off and Tickled Pink Feb. 20, 2020

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on February 20, 2020.

Ticked Off

How come most bosses are so highly educated and still lack knowledge and experience?

Ticked Off

Another buck in Crescent Heights chased by an unleashed black poodle dog. That buck could have really hurt that dog if it wanted.

Ticked Off

Jason Kenney is putting this province so far in debt its ridiculous. A $50 million war room on top of $2 million spent on outsiders reviewing AHS and how to save the province money.

Ticked Off

Nothing is more aggravating than different page widths for flyers.

Tickled Pink

A heartfelt thank you to the couple who helped my husband navigate the icy sidewalk on our way to an appointment.

Ticked Off

I will ask the city to cut down the trees on the boulevard since they will no longer service our plugged sewer lines.

Ticked Off

At Drew Barnes’ comment about too much middle management at AHS. How about too many panels created by the government.

Tickled Pink

That the UCP is making the hard decisions to stop the money hemorrhaging created by the NDP.

Ticked Off

Daytime running lights are meant as a safety feature only. Use your low beams while driving so your tail lights are activated. Many rear-end collisions would be avoided.

Ticked Off

About The Bargain Shop closing. There’s nothing to buy downtown at a reasonable price.

Ticked Off

That gas prices are always so much higher in Medicine Hat.

Tickled Pink

Thanks to the students who made Valentine’s Day cards for the veterans and thank you to Avery for my dad’s card.

Ticked Off

We should have fewer council members. That would save the city some money.

Tickled Pink

I paid my newspaper subscription recently and the blonde woman who helped me had good parents who taught her ‘please’ and ‘thank you.’ So appreciated.

Ticked Off

Can someone and I mean anyone please tell me one thing that the Kenney government has done that’s benefited the majority of Albertans?

Ticked Off

That our power prices will sky rocket now thanks to current government. Shortly we will be compared to Newfoundland with there failure of Muskrat Falls prices.

Ticked Off

If people in the private sector made some of the same ridiculous decisions the administration of this city has they’d be looking for employment long ago.

Ticked Off

Had city council listened to the one dissenting council member and If they had also done proper pre-planning, the Coulee Ridge fire response issue would not be in the news right now.

Ticked Off

Do people not realize that the reason our previous NDP government spent like drunken sailors is because they were borrowing billions of dollars.

Ticked Off

At all the people wandering around NE Crescent Heights stealing anything they can get their hands on to sell for more drugs

Tickled Pink

If our city councillors would take time to walk around downtown and have a look around at what is going on.

Ticked Off

The teachers are all upset about testing. They are afraid the parents will find out who is a real teacher.

Tickled Pink

If the News would send its editorial staff overseas for awhile so they can see what true hardship really looks like. Perhaps they’d realize how petty their rantings are, and how good our public service employees have it.

Tickled Pink

Glad to see the river otters heard about our aim to end homelessness.

Ticked Off

The Feb. 7 front page story should have been about the $10 billion Teck project. Instead, it was another put-down headline about our MLA and an unbiased report that uncovered why we’re paying an unacceptable amount on health care in Alberta.

Ticked Off

That pipeline protestors don’t seem to realize that China is going to burn coal instead of clean burning natural gas and that will be far worse for the environment.

Tickled Pink

Good morning Mr. Mayor, please put me down for a half price sprinkler system as well, the city certainly is being financially fit!

Ticked Off

At our useless federal government. The Liberals are so busy trying to be politically correct that they won’t take action against a group of protestors that are holding the Canadian economy hostage.
