Letter: Bravo, Mark Carney, for working to expand Canadian exports

Dear editor, I wish to congratulate the Carney government for their efforts to expand our export business. It may have hurt Ontario a little but has helped the farmers, pulp industry and the fishing industry. We are one country and we should be willing to help everyone. Hopefully more help will come for the auto industry. Donald Trump is a disgusting human being and does not care one iota about anything except himself. He is laughed at by every other foreign leader. We cannot trust anything he says or does. We and the rest of the world must stand and say enough is enough. Harry Noel Medicine Hat 8-7
Good letter, Harry. Carney is walking a tightrope both domestically and internationally balancing and promoting trade and diplomacy. Unfortunately, Donald Trump represents the now ugly elephant that Canada sleeps with.
Great comments guys. The true conservatives in my world consider him to be a lot like our hero Peter Lougheed he cares about the wellbeing of all Canadians and not just their rich friends like the Reformers do.
Smith and Poilievre are idiots with their only solution to any problem is blame it on someone else, that’s how stupid they are, aren’t they. Yet who do we see lining up to sign the petition to separate from Canada mindless seniors trying to put us all in financial ruin and needing help from the Food Banks, believing the lies that we will be a lot better off, like these Reform Party idiots claim.
