Letter: Thank you to Special Transit, Adapt Mobility

Dear editor,

This is an expression of gratitude and jobs well done to the Medicine Hat Special Transit staff and Adapt Mobility staff who quickly participated in a goal to fix a small item for my walker.

They went beyond their normal way to putting in the extra effort required to help solve a problem. I was impressed and surprised (which doesn’t happen often) how quickly the problem got solved despite a couple small glitches. Thanks a bunch!

I’m still smiling since and chuckling at the mishaps during the process.
