Allegedly photo radar is not a cash cow. Perhaps then the Medicine Hat Police Service can explain why photo radar was set up on 10th Avenue S.W. at 6:10 a.m. on Dec. 10, flashing cars doing 50 on a road where the speed limit is 50 km/h? I also know I was only doing 50 because when I saw the flash on the vehicle in front (who incidentally I was keeping pace with), I checked my speed and I was doing the speed limit. Suddenly the flash went off, so I guess I’ll be getting an illegal ticket in the post. Peter Witts Redcliff 5
You know photo radar doesn’t use a flash, right? It’s ineffective at a distance.
They flash.
