Impressed with golfers, parents and Golf Canada officials

I was totally impressed with Golf Canada’s junior boys’ championship tournament last week at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club. Volunteering there for three of the four days was a great experience. The number of young men, and parents who took the time to say thank you to the volunteers was outstanding. Numerous parents also commented on how beautiful and amazing our city is … an oasis on the prairies. All the Golf Canada personnel who were working were a great assistance to both the competitors and the volunteers. And the golf was superb! Very talented young men in our country.
