Letter: Commentary just the ramblings of ‘a sad survivor of a dead and dying woke left-wing abolition’

Dear editor,

Mr. Schmidt, I am unknowing if your recent pontification, was a deliberate effort to rouse your left-wing support or were you attempting to play your version of a simple-minded game with those of us, unlike yourself, who actually understand politics and the workings of government; you obviously don’t.

In fact, you have a fellow guest editor who plies a similar negative, anti UCP tact and is similarly devoid of political understanding.

In response, you and your guest editor are not only on the wrong side of what is transpiring in the world, you are blatantly oblivious of what the world middle class wants.

The number of erroneous and misleading offshoots emanating from your commentary are contemptible and are compounded by your misrepresentation of fact, this point alone is testament to your predisposed political character.

As someone who occupies a supposedly neutral position in media you have failed your readers, you have failed your personal objectiveness, but most of all you have failed the community you serve with your blatant and obvious biased commitment to extreme left views, and that is a bridge too far.

Your so-called guest editor, who is likely on your payroll if truth be known, is no better. Two sad survivors of a dead and dying woke left-wing abolition.
