Ticked Off

At energy solar field opposition! No wonder we are the forgotten corner of Alberta, maybe even of Canada.

Ticked Off

Do the coloured lights under the canopy at our Towne Square need to be on 24/7?

Tickled Pink

Greenhouse veggies and herbs are back! So worth the trip to get fresh local produce.

Facebook does have its benefits but like everything else you need to be careful not to share your information. Check the settings. Otherwise you are sharing too much.

Tickled Pink

Local Happy Home appliance business is amazing and reasonable, such awesome service!

Tickled Pink

Just moved here, someone told me about the vegetable greenhouses and bringing cash. First time checking them out, it was worth going. Tomatoes, coloured peppers, hot peppers, kale, Swiss chard, cucumbers, lettuce, herbs, eggplant, one even had green beans. Best day ever!

Love that a business is paying for library cards, it may be $5 to have a library card but it is so appreciated. It is great to see a business helping Hatters.

I just watched our garbage collector try the best he could to get to a bin that was parked beside the vehicle of the household – again. Surely we can move our vehicles for a few hours to make it a little easier for these people to do their jobs. Don’t except your garbage to be picked up if they can’t get to it.

Tickled Pink

If the settlement for Ottawa’s underfunding of on-reserve services is used to improve the condition of housing, health, education and safety on the reserves.

Tickled Pink

Nice new pavement and turning islands on Carry Drive, but what happened that all the manhole covers are not level (man-made potholes) contractor should be held accountable.

Ticked Off

All the deer in the city are born and raised here, the population is growing is out of control, animal control need more officers to set up catch pens at parks and golf courses around the city, 10 feet high cage wire with a bucket of grain. Load them in a cattle liner and send them to the mountains where they belong.

Tickled Pink

With these few collaborated words of wisdom: When high expectations are set, the more disappointing and harder the fall when they are not met. Balance is key.

Tickled Pink

That curling “hasn’t” caved in to this sanctimonious announcement on the jumbo-tron held at most but not all hockey arenas.

Tickled Pink

With the vehicles that are patient and understanding to our grandson and other scooter drivers. These young people have an independence that allows them to get to their jobs and other functions. Please give them space and be kind.

Tickled Pink

If the city would sell its compost/soil within the city somewhere. Nobody wants to drive all the way out to the landfill to get it. Please, you would sell way more if you did.
