Ticked Off and Tickled Pink, Nov. 4

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on November 4, 2021.

Ticked Off

After all the money spent on improving the Kinplex, there is still no hot water in the referee room!

Tickled Pink

How the News puts local sports and athletes on the first page of the sports section! Let the over-paid, under achieving “pros” have the next page.

Tickled Pink

How polite the kids were on Halloween night! Almost all thanked us for the candy, liked our decorations and wished us Happy Halloween! You are raising some polite kids out there! Keep up the good work!

Ticked Off

My father dedicated four years of his life and more than 45,000 Canadians died protecting our country during WWII. The traditional way of honouring them around Remembrance Day through the use of the Canadian flag should be maintained without issue.

Tickled Pink

Could someone bring back Mary Brown’s chicken to Medicine Hat? Sure miss it.

Ticked Off

With the road construction in the city. Seems like they dig up the road and then just leave it. I say one project at a time. Detours everywhere.

Tickled Pink

Wish people would respect the name of God please. We should not take his name in vain.

Ticked Off

At those dog owners that pick up after their dog and then leave the little baggie on the rocks along the walking paths. Is it too heavy to carry to the garbage can?

Ticked Off

At those drivers that don’t respect the flashing lights at pedestrian crossings. Your careless behaviour could have dire consequences.

Ticked Off

That the turn-off by the Royal is now closed. Riverside residents used that daily to access S. Railway and the south side of the city. Closing Finlay Bridge to vehicle traffic would also majorly affect Riverside residents. The old council has taken away so much from Riverside and given us nothing in return. Please new mayor and council, ditch the waterfront park plans. We already have a waterfront park, right across the street!

Ticked Off

That there seems to be no work happening at the top of Altawana Drive and Division Avenue. The road and intersection have been compromised for weeks with nothing happening!
