Alberta Health Services is offering free online workshops to help manage stress. Transform Your Stress: The Resilience Advantage and Strategies for Managing Stress in Challenging Times are two of the workshops led by AHS certified professionals. The interactive workshops include discussion about stress plus different ways to manage stress, including 2 HeartMathâ„¢ breathing techniques. Participants will gain an understanding of the impact of emotions on the body plus an action plan to address their own stress.
