I spend a lot of time in community in various different non-profit organizations. They are very diverse ranging from mental health to a theatre group. My most important community is my faith community. One of the most important dates of the year is when we share worship with St. Ambrose Anglican Church in Redcliff. Their church is full with the other Anglican congregations from Medicine Hat and my congregation from Gordon Memorial United Church in Redcliff. The bishop comes down from Calgary and there is a corn roast after the service. Without my faith community I would not be able to get through the rest of my life period, let alone belong to all the non-profits that I do. I think we all have to stop and figure out what gets us through our day. Diane MacNaughton Medicine Hat 7
