Why is David Eggen waiting on his GSA edict?

Education Minister David Eggen has neither the political will, political support of the National Democratic … oops, New Democrats, nor the internal fortitude to follow through on his threat to defund Christian schools with the audacity to defy his gay-straight alliances edict.
