1947 ~ ROBERT TUDOR ~ 2017

Robert Stewart Tudor, beloved husband of Linda Tudor of Medicine Hat, passed away on Monday, May 29th, 2017 at the age of 70 years. Robert also leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Joyce Tudor; six brothers, Michael (Cindy), Colin (Bonnie), Gordon (Linda), Stephen (Margaret), Trevor and Allan; one sister, Jackie Little; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by his father, Trevor Tudor. Robert was born on January 28th, 1947 in London, England and married Linda on May 31st, 1969 in Kingston, Ontario. He worked in the oil field for several years. Robert volunteered at Westlawn Junior High School in Edmonton for 4 years, was a Big Brother and mostly recently volunteered at the Medicine Hat Women's Shelter for several years. Robert also worked at Chinook Village. Harvey William Anton passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at the age of 74 years, beloved husband of Fern Anton of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory his children, Stacy (Kara) Anton, Velvet (Patrick) Greaney and Schantel (Brian) Traynor all of Medicine Hat; three grandchildren, Cameron Brier, Nash Anton and Crue Anton; his brother, Stan (Lori) Anton of Kamloops; his sisters, Virginia (Don) Davies and Juanita Rebmann both of Medicine Hat, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Adeline Anton. The family would like to extend their thanks to Hillcrest Evangelical Missionary Church. Beatrice Hansen, loving wife and mother, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2017, in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Bea is survived by her loving husband, Charlie Hansen; three sons, Lance (Gail) Harris, Terry (Beckie) Harris, Hal Harris and one daughter, Holly Harris; grandchildren, Erika Harris, Tracy Loewer, Melanie Harris, Travis Harris, Kim Harris, Jessica Harris-Probert, Jocelyn (Harris) Tassone, Luke Harris and Marissa (Patrick) Young and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kendra Harris. The family will miss their mom’s great sense of humour and her love of music (especially Tom Jones). Lydia, beloved wife of Edwin Joseph Brilz of Calgary, AB, passed away on May 26, 2017 at the age of 79 years.
Lydia’s early years were spent in High Prairie until she moved to Calgary to begin her 40-year career as a legal assistant. It was there that she became the beloved wife of Edwin Brilz for over 52 years. Lydia was known for her dedication and precision in all aspects of her life. She enjoyed dancing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Lydia is survived by her sister Lillian (James) Hladky, her nephew David (Adrienne) Hladky and their son Elyas, her niece Karen (Allan) Gallant and their children Allison and Ryan, her Aunt, Ann Duban, and many cousins in both Canada and Ukraine. She is also survived by many of her husband Edwin’s family members.
