Women’s Shelter partners with CFSA for wills and estates clinic

The Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter Society and Community Foundastion of Southeastern Alberta are collaborating to offer a free wills and estates clinic on Thursday night.

The event will occur at Chinook Village’s Terrace Room, with doors opening at 6 p.m., and three presentations from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Michael Dolan, a lawyer with Courtyard Law, will speak about the key contents of any Last Will and Testament, and Darren Peterson and Jillian Koch of JMH Chartered Professional Accountants will present on the tax advantages of charitable giving through estates.
