Cypress County’s Beth Cash has received one of nine Agriculture Financial Services Corporation’s Women in Ag Awards for her work elevating women’s voices in the region.

The awards itself seeks to highlight the vital role women play in various aspects of the agricultural industry, primarily production and research to finance, education, advocacy and community leadership.

AFSC reports receiving 74 nominations for the 2026 awards.

The 2026 winners were announced in a recent release to be Cash, Robyne Davidson, Laura Brown, Michelle Rigney, Dr. Brenda Ralston, Alexandra Brochu, Lisa Kitt, Jordyn Prior and Jackie Rae Greening.

Dubbed “the promoter,” Cash works as the co-operator of her family’s ranch and Cypress County’s economic development officer. Through this, she continues to ensure “that agriculture is recognized not only as a production industry but also as a network of family businesses, women entrepreneurs and community builders,” said AFSC.

From her time as owner of Rustic Rose, a Western lifestyle brand and e-commerce business, to the co-founding of the flower farm B & B Blooms, Cash has been deeply immersed in the world of agriculture, and this shows in one of her most significant initiatives, Ag Connections Conference, says AFSC.

“The conference intentionally includes women as speakers, entrepreneurs and industry leaders. By hosting the event locally, Beth removed geographic barriers and expanded opportunity within her region,” said AFSC.

Cash told the News she dedicated the award to her late mother.
