Along with the SKS rifle, police also seized 50 rounds of ammunition that was readily accessible, as well as additional ammunition that was discovered in the home shortly after 9 a.m.

Siguenza has been charged with possessing a firearm knowing it’s possession is unauthorized, unsafe storage of a firearm and possession of a firearm knowing it’s serial number has been removed. Siguenza has been released on conditions following a bail hearing.

Echeverria has been charged with possessing ammunition contrary to a weapon prohibition order and release order, as well as possessing a knife contrary to release order. Echeverria remains in custody pending this next appearance in court.
