Curling Club hosts annual agriculture bonspiel

The Medicine Hat Curling Club celebrated agriculture the weekend of Jan. 17-19.

The local clearing club held their annual agriculture bonspiel, with four event divisions.

The ‘A’ event was won by Team Jeff Bodin, with skip Jeff Bodin, third Devyn Hobbs, second Shea Jackson and lead Doug Thompson.

Team Lynn Bratvold finished second.

In the ‘B’ event, team RME won with skip Trevor Tuchscherer, third Jason Kunz, second Ryan Haag and lead Jim Hall.

Team Daryl Hubich was second in the ‘B’ event.

The ‘C’ event was won by Agro Plus Solutions, led by skip Josh Hellman, third Alex Bowyer, second Sean Herselman and lead Austin Dennis. Team Travis Albrecht finishing second.

Trevor Biemans’ team won the ‘D’ event, with third Kevin Cooper, second Logan Murray and lead Kyle Knodel. Team Andrew Grudecki came second.
