Four Canadian musicians are sharing their talents with audiences across the prairie provinces during their upcoming tour.

Lunch at Allen’s, a four-piece band comprised of Murray McLauchlan, Cindy Church, Marc Jordan and Ian Thomas, will be making stops in 11 communities through Alberta and Saskatchewan between now and the end of June.

On June 16, the band will roll into Medicine Hat and take to the Esplanade’s stage for an evening of song, story sharing and lighthearted entertainment.

“Our shows are a bit like a kitchen party, with an audience sitting in,” Thomas told the News. “There is always laughter when we get together and singing close harmonies on some of our old songs is like a medicine to me.

“It doesn’t get better than pickin’ and grinnin’ with your best friends.”

Tickets are available for purchase at tixx.ca.
