Hatters, get ready to rock as the live stage production Queen: It’s a Kinda Magic hits the Esplanade stage Sunday.

A recreation of Queen’s 1986 It’s a Kinda Magic world tour concert, the tribute production is internationally acclaimed, and has been touring the globe for the past 13 years.

Medicine Hat is one of the last stops on its most recent Canadian tour, which began in St. John’s on May 1 and wraps up in Nanaimo on June 14.

Classically-trained South African musician Dominic Warren stars in the production as Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. Warren will be signing, playing guitar and playing piano in the show.

Show organizers are excited to unveil new costumes, stage designs and previously unperformed Queen tracks to audiences.

Tickets for the show are available on tixx.ca.
