Winter Birding 101 at Police Point

The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is inviting new and experienced bird watchers to join its Winter Birding 101 event being held this Saturday at Police Point Park.

Participants will observe and learn about birds which stay in southeastern Alberta throughout the winter, rather than fly South. Binoculars are not necessary, but recommended.

The event runs between 9:30 and 11 a.m. Registration is required. To register call 403-529-6225.
