VALLADOLID, Spain – Spanish soccer club Real Valladolid say they have signed Canadian forward Cyle Larin until June 30, 2025.
Larin, 28, was playing on loan for Valladolid from Belgian team Club Brugge.
The Canadian joined Valladolid in January, making 19 appearances scoring eight times.
The club was relegated at the end of the season to the Spanish second division.
Larin has previously played for Orlando City, Turkish team Besiktas and Belgian clubs Zulte Waregem and Club Brugge.
He’s also the Canadian men’s national team’s record goalscorer with 28 goals in 62 appearances, and represented Canada at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
