MONTREAL – The Montreal Alouettes signed linebacker Brian Harelimana to a two-year contract extension on Monday.
The six-foot-two, 228-pound Harelimana produced 12 defensive tackles and three sacks playing in all 18 regular-season games for the Alouettes in 2022.
The 27-year-old Montreal native was drafted 33rd overall in the 2020 CFL draft.
Also on Monday, the Edmonton Elks signed American defensive back Marcus Lewis.
The 26-year-old had nine tackles in four games with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2021.
Elsewhere in the CFL, the Saskatchewan Roughriders signed offensive lineman Colton Lamson and the Calgary Stampeders signed defensive lineman Mandy Alonso.
