DRUMMONDVILLE, Que. – Manix Landry’s goal at 15:36 of the third period stood as the winner as the Drummondville Voltigeurs edged the visiting Rimouski Oceanic 3-2 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action on Friday night.

Jeremy Lapointe, on a penalty shot, and Tyler Peddle also scored for the Voltigeurs.

Mathis Aguilar and Luka Verreault scored for the Oceanic, who were outshot 35-20.

GATINEAU, Que. – Zachary Dean scored at 1:16 of overtime as the Gatineau Olympiques edged the visiting Chicoutimi Sagueneens 4-3.

Antonin Verreault, Olivier Boutin and Alexis Gendron also scored for the Olympiques (43-12-4-2).

Zachary Gravel scored three goals for the Sagueneens (30-29-3-1).

REMPARTS 5 HUSKIES 1

QUEBEC CITY, Que. – Theo Rochette scored twice as the Quebec Remparts dumped the visiting Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 5-1.

Elliot Lavoie, Daniel Agostino and Zachary Bolduc also scored for the Remparts (47-12-1-2).

Tristan Allard scored for the Huskies (35-21-4-3).

BATHURST, N.B. – Ben Allison’s power-play goal at 18:28 of the second period represented all the offence as the Acadie-Bathurst Titan defeated the visiting Halifax Mooseheads 1-0.

The Mooseheads (44-10-4-3) outshot the hosts 43-21 but couldn’t get a puck past netminder Joshua Fleming of the Titan (18-36-5-3).

James Brady stopped 20 of 21 shots fired at him in the Mooseheads’ net.

SYDNEY, N.S. – Cam Squires scored twice and Ivan Ivan added a goal and assist as the Cape Breton Eagles defeated the visiting Charlottetown Islanders 4-1.

William Shields and Jude Campbell also scored for the Eagles, who led 1-0 after the first period and 2-1 heading into the third.

Kiefer Lyons scored for the Islanders, who were outshot 53-21.

MONCTON, N.B. – Charles Beaudoin scored at 1:52 of overtime as the Moncton Wildcats defeated the visiting Saint John Sea Dogs 3-2.

Alex Mercier and Jonas Taibel also scored for the Wildcats (31-27-1-2), who trailed 1-0 after the first period, but took a 2-1 lead into the third.

Noah Reinhart and Peter Reynolds scored for the Sea Dogs (22-36-3-1), who outshot the Wildcats 34-33.

VICTORIAVILLE, Que. – Thomas Belgarde scored twice as the Victoriaville Tigres defeated the visiting Shawinigan Cataractes 5-2.

Tommy Cormier, Nikita Prishchepov and Justin Larose also scored for the Tigres (38-17-1-5).

Felix Lacerte and Jordan Tourigny scored for the Cataractes (27-29-2-3).

BAIE-COMEAU, Que. – The visiting Val-d’Or Foreurs got goals from five different players and defeated the Baie-Comeau Drakkar 5-1.

Thomas Larouche, Alexandre Guy, Matis Ouellet, Louis Robin and Nathan Bolduc all scored for the Foreurs (24-36-2-0).

Foreurs netminder Mathis Lussier kicked out 48 of 49 shots in a superb performance.
