The 24-year-old played five years at Mount Royal University, in 78 games she had a 55-20-3 record with a 1.42 goals against average and a .945 save percentage, working 13 shutouts. She was between the pipes in 2023 when the Cougars captured their first Canadian National Championship, with Ross earning tournament MVP honours. In 2024-25, her last season with MRU, she was named a Canada West Second-Team All-Star and earned a silver medal with Canada at the 2025 Winter World University Games. Ross attended a PWHL training camp in the fall, earning an invite to the Boston Fleet’s camp. 7
