Hudson Schutte scored twice and both Talon Stolz and Emerson Kurtz scored for the Hounds, Colson Neigum made 33 saves. The U15AA Hounds (4-15-0-0-1) are on the road Friday before hosting the East Kootenay Avalanche for an 11 a.m. contest Sunday at the Hockey Hounds Arena. The U15AAA South East Tigers lost 6-2 Sunday to the SPKAC Flyers. Jhett Stober and Raylan Johnson each scored, Hunter Munro made 39 stops. The next AEHL games scheduled for the U15AAA Tigers (1-17) is Jan. 10 and 11 at the Hockey Hounds Arena against the Calgary Bisons and KC Squires. U18 The Medicine Hat U18 AA Hounds had two weekend games, tying the Golden Suns 4-4 Friday before beating the Wheatland Warriors 3-2 on Sunday. Evan Marentette and Ethan Hall each had a goal and an assist in Friday’s draw, Jackson Brassard and Zander Weatherhead each found the back of the net. Hudson Corbett made 55 saves in the tie. In Sunday’s win, Colten Pluta scored twice-including the game winner with 4:19 left in the game. Zander Kitching scored the Hounds’ other goal, Brody Dick had two assists. Treyton Wilson made 31 saves. The U18AA Hounds (8-8-0-0-3) are on the road Saturday before hosting the NWCAA Bruins on Sunday at the Moose Rec Centre for a 5:30 p.m. contest. U17 The U17AAA SE Tigers split their weekend, losing 3-2 Saturday to the MLAC Leafs before winning 7-4 Sunday over the PAC Saints. Illya Khazov had a goal and an assist in the loss, Logan Neuls added a solo tally. Griffin Stenger made 36 saves. In Sunday’s win, Dane Friedt tallied his first hat trick of the season, adding an assist for a four-point effort. Rhyder Arnold had two goals and three assists for a five-point game. Jake Druar made 30 stops for the win between the pipes. The U17AAA SE Tigers (5-9-0-0-1) are on the road this weekend for a pair of games. U16 The U16AA Hounds opened the weekend with a win, beating the Lethbridge Hurricanes 5-2 Friday. Dylan Dick scored four goals in the win, Shane Mathe added a solo marker. Marshall Turner made 16 saves. They lost their second game of the weekend, falling 6-2 Sunday to the Airdrie Lightning. Maddox Mikkelson and Paxton Powell each scored, Bryden Tschritter made 42 saves. The U16AA Hounds (6-10-0-0-1) are on the road Saturday for their last AEHL game of 2025. U13 The U13AA Hounds lost a pair of weekend games, shutout 6-0 Saturday by the Foothills Bisons before falling 4-3 Sunday to the Wheatland Warriors. Treyson Donnelly made 34 saves in the shutout loss on Saturday. In Sunday’s game, Exton McGarvey had a goal and an assist and both Bennet Skappak and Austin Schneider tickled twine with solo markers. Asher Nardari made 26 saves. The U13AA Hounds (3-10-0-0-4) aren’t scheduled in the AEHL until the New Year when they host the Olds Grizzlys on Jan. 3 and the Bisons on Jan. 4. 31
