The Rattlers hosted the Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder and won, 86-81. Jordan Biggar had 26 points and 12 rebounds. Kieran Ibsnor had 16 points and Lincoln Kosinski had 11 points. MHC’s women’s team also faced the Thunder, falling 75-58. Alexis Watkiss had 24 points and nine rebounds. The next action for the Rattlers men (3-4) and women (4-3) is Nov. 28 and 29, hosting the Northwestern Polytechnic and the King’s University Eagles. Volleyball The Rattlers volleyball teams faced Concordia University on the road Saturday, with the men’s team picking up a five-set win (23-25, 20-25, 25-2, 25-22, 15-10). William Reiniger had 11 kills, Landon Reiniger had eight kills. The women’s team lost in four sets (20-25, 23-25, 25-18, 23-25). Fayth Spencer had 16 kills and Tannah McKay had 13 kills. MHC’s men (2-3) and women (2-4) host the Keyano College Huskies on Friday and the Lakeland College Rustlers on Saturday. The Rattlers’ women’s team won’t play Saturday, with Lakeland College forfeiting the game as a result of an ACAC hazing investigation in the preseason. 12
