Mavs’ game Tuesday against Regina postponed to a doubleheader Friday at AP

A soggy Tuesday means Medicine Hat Mavericks will play two home games on Friday.

The Mavs were to host the Regina Red Sox on Tuesday at Athletic Park, a game that has been postponed due to rain.

They were already scheduled to host Regina again on Friday and will now play a doubleheader against the East division rival.

The first game will start at 5 p.m., with the second game slated for 7 p.m. WCBL doubleheaders are seven-inning games.

Before then, the Mavs are on the road for two games at Moose Jaw against the Miller Express tonight and Thursday.

They opened the week with a loss Monday at home to the Swift Current 57’s, allowing seven runs in the fourth inning to fall 12-6.
