Fourth time is the charm for Jesse Florkowski.

The Medicine Hat golfer reigned supreme at the U.S. Adaptive Open this week, capturing first place in the Upper Limb Impairment Division at the 2025 US Adaptive Open Championship held at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Md.

Florkowski finished the three-day tournament with a final round of 69, finishing one under par on the week.

He opened play with a 71 on Monday and shot 75 on Tuesday before the championship win Wednesday. He finished in the top-10 overall on the men’s side with a total score of 215, tied for sixth.

The U.S. Adaptive Open Championship was introduced by the United States Golf Association in late 2021 with the first tournament being held in 2022.

Florkowski, a former member of the Medicine Hat College Rattlers golf team, has played in four tournaments.

The Connaught CPGA pro was travelling Thursday and was unable to speak to the News.
