At the association’s annual general meeting, MHRA handed out accolades for the 2024-25 season. Medicine Hat Ringette recognized four AGM awards for goalie of the year, official of the year, volunteer of the year and coach/coaching staff of the year. Jacqueline LeBlanc of the U14 Mustangs was named the winner of the Bobi Buchholz goalie of the year award. Corey Mason was named the official of the year. The association’s volunteer of the year was Jodi Kerr, and Rod Thompson, head coach of the U19 Mustangs, received the coach/coaching staff of the year award. They also named the most improved player award, sportsmanlike and leadership award and hardest working player awards for each of their seven age groups.
