McKenna, Meneghin among WHL’s best in March

Two Medicine Hat Tigers were recognized atop the WHL in March.

Forward Gavin McKenna was named the WHL’s player of the month for March, the third time this season he’s received the honours.

Goaltender Harrison Meneghin was tabbed as the goalie of the month, the second time this season he’s been recognzied.

McKenna tallied 10 goals and 32 points in March, finishing the regular season on a 40-game point streak. He’s tallied a goal and 9 points in two playoff games.

Meneghin was 8-0 in March with a 1.87 goals against average, a .931 save percentage and two shutouts.
