Tigers hand out team awards for 2024-25 season

The Medicine Hat Tigers handed out their team awards for the 2024-25 season over the weekend.

The Tigers announced the award winners before Saturday’s 10-1 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The award winners are as follows:

MVP: Gavin McKenna

Scholastic player of the year: Jordan Switzer

Rookie of the year: Jordan Switzer

Most improved player: Kadon McCann

Gerard Moyer Leadership award: Oasiz Wiesblatt

Supplement King Hardest Working player: Bryce Pickford

Community service: Oasiz Wiesblatt

Best defencemen: Tanner Molendyk and Bryce Pickford

Unsung hero: Marcus Pacheco

Top defensive forward(s): Hunter St. Martin, Misha Volotovskii
