SAHA opened the weekend with a point, falling 3-2 in overtime Friday to the Prairie Hockey Academy. Sully Kufflick had a goal and an assist and Kutcher Aquila scored in the OT loss, Hunter Zawislak made 39 saves. They rebounded with a win Saturday, beating Notre Dame Academy 5-1. Ryker Klassen and Noah Alexander each had a goal and an assist, Karter Kurpjuweit, Brennan Finke and Dalin Nixon each scored, Matthew Cameron-Skidmore had a pair of assists. Remi Martins made 24 saves. SAHA finished the weekend with a 5-1 win over the Indigenous Sports Academy. Finke and Aquila had a goal and an assist each, Liam Green, Aidan Poulin and Alexander each scored, Nixon had a pair of helpers. Martins made 22 saves. SAHA’s U17 men’s team (16-11-3) have a pair of home games this weekend, hosting the Edge academy on Saturday and Sunday. 10
