Hawks, Colts Sr. football teams pickup weekend wins

All three Medicine Hat high school football teams were in action Friday night.

The Medicine Hat High Hawks and Monsignor McCoy Colts picked up wins in their contests.

The Hawks beat Foothills Composite 59-14 on the road. McCoy beat the Catholic Central Cougars 22-8.

The Crescent Heights Vikings were also in action Friday night, falling 37-26 to W.R. Meyers.

The Hawks (3-3) next action is Oct. 4, on the road against Chinook High School.

The Colts (4-1) have two games this week, on the road tonight at L.C.I. against the Rams. They host the Joane Cardinal-Schubert Rams at the Methanex Bowl on Friday night at 5 p.m.

Crescent Heights (1-3) host Willow Creek on Friday for a 7:30 p.m contest at the Methanex Bowl.
