Sr. Colts football kicks off season

The Colts host the Brooks Buffaloes tonight at the Methanex Bowl for the first Rangeland Football Conference action of the season. That game gets underway at 5 p.m. The rest of Medicine Hat’s high school football teams get into their first action next week. McCoy and the Crescent Heights Vikings face off on Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Methanex Bowl for the fourth annual Rick Boksteyn Bowl in honour of the late HS football coach. The Medicine Hat High Hawks are on the road the same night, facing Holy Trinity Academy. Hat High and McCoy will face off on Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., the same night Crescent Heights heads to Brooks to face the Buffaloes. 8-7
