The U13 Thunder White hosted the U13 Brooks for two games on Sunday, winning 20-7 and 22-3. Sydney M (no last names available) led the offence in the Thunder’s first win, with two hits and four RBIs. Harper D, Alexa J and Emery T each had two runs scored with a hit and an RBI. Makelti B started the game and recorded seven strikeouts in three innings pitched. Ella H worked the final inning. In the Thunder White’s second win, Sydney M had five RBIs with two hits and three runs scored. Emery T and Arya G each had a hit with an RBI and two runs scored. Sydney M started the game, recording four punch-outs in three innings. Addison R finished the game, recording a strikeout in her lone inning of work. U19 The Medicine Hat U19 Thunder had four games this weekend, notching a tie. They opened the weekend with a 7-2 loss Saturday to the Calgary Force. Ryan Sweet had two hits and an RBI and Madison Ferguson tallied a hit and an RBI. Albany Mastel started the game on the mound, recording three strikeouts in three innings pitched. Raquel Snideman worked the final inning on the bump. The Thunder tied their second game Saturday, with a 6-6 draw against the U18 West Hill Almuni.
