sports@medicinehatnews.com@MedicineHatNews The Medicine Hat Tigers made a minor trade Thursday afternoon. The Tigers sent the rights to 2007-born forward Ben Davis to the Wenatchee Wild in exchange for a conditional eighth-round draft pick in the 2026 WHL draft. Davis was drafted by the Tigers 23rd overall in the 2022 WHL U.S. Priority Draft in the second round. It’s the second trade in the month the Tigers have made with the Wild, after acquiring 2006-born defenceman Jonas Woo in the first of four draft-day moves Medicine Hat made. The Tigers sent 2005-born defenceman Reid Andresen and a third-round pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft to Wenatchee in the deal. 7
