Alberta Marlin Aquatic Club swimmers hit up major meet in Lethbridge

The Alberta Marlin Aquatic Club attended the Coulee Kids Pediatric Dentistry Spring Challenge this past weekend.

The local swim club sent 31 swimmers to the meet hosted by LASC in Lethbridge, local swimmer results are as follows.

Female 10 & under

Isabela Josey (10): Finished first in 50m Breast, 100m Breast and 200m Breast, third in 50m Back, fourth in 100m Free, fifth in 100m Back and ninth in 50m Free and 200m Free.

Olivia McWilliams (10): Finished second in 100m Back, fourth in 200m Free, fifth in 50m Breast, sixth in 50m Back and 100m Breast, eighth in 50m Free and 10th in 50m Fly and 100m Free.

Marsha Van Der Merwe (9): Finished third in 50m Breast and 200m Breast, fourth in 50m Fly and 100m Breast, sixth in 50m Free, seventh in 200m Free, eighth in 100m Free and 11th in 50m Back.

Female 11-12

Carleigh Gainsborough (11): Finished 18th in 50m Fly, 21st in 50m Back, 23rd in 100m Back, 24th in 50m Breast, 26th in 200m Free, 30th in 50m Free, 32nd in 100m Breast and 33rd in 100m Free.

Charlotte Kurpjuweit (11): Finished 20th in 50m Back, 23rd in 50m Fly and 50m Breast, 24th in 100m Back, 31st in 50m Free, 35th in 200m Free and 36th in 100m Breast and 100m Free.

Olivia Liebenberg (11): Finished eighth in 50m Breast and 50m Free (12-year-old Provincial Time), ninth in 50m Fly, 12th in 100m Free, 13th in 50m Back, 17th in 200m Free, 20th in 100m Back and 23rd in 100m Breast.

Holly Mulligan (12): Finished 15th in 50m Fly, 21st in 50m Free, 25th in 100m Back and 30th in 100m Free.

Female 13-14

Lauren Gainsborough (13): Finished eighth in 100m Breast and 200m Free, ninth in 50m Breast and 200m IM, 11th in 50m Back, 13th in 50m Fly, 15th in 100m Back and 17th in 200m Back.

Estelle Grisak (13): Finished fifth in 400m Free, ninth in 200m Free, 14th in 50m Breast, 50m Back and 100m Back, 16th in 50m Free and 200m Back and 18th in 50m Fly.

Teagan Hollingworth (14): Finished 11th in 200m Free, 15th in 50m Back 16th in 100m Free and 200m IM, 18th in 100m Back, 19th in 50m Free and 200m Back and 21st in 50m Fly.

Lily McWilliams (13): Finished sixth in 100m Back, seventh in 50m Free, eighth in 50m Back, 200m Back and 200m IM (13-14-year-old Provincial Time), 11th in 100m Free, 12th in 50m Fly and 13th in 100m Fly.

Jordyn Nikiel (13): Finished sixth in 400m Free, 19th in 50m Breast, 20th in 50m Free and 21st in 100m Free.

Aliya Seeley (14): Finished third in 400m Free, 13th in 50m Breast, 14th in 100m Free, 17th in 50m Free, 19th in 100m Back and 20th in 50m Fly.

Aydria Berg (15): Finished fourth in 200m Breast, sixth in 100m Breast and 200m IM, 10th in 200m Back, 13th in 200m Free, 21st in 50m Back and 23rd in 100m Free.

Sarah Kradovill (15): Finished first in 400m Free (15 and over Provincial Time), second in 50m Breast (15 and over Champ Time), 100m Fly and 100m Breast (15 and over Champ Time), fourth in 50m Fly and 100m Back, fifth in 100m Free and sixth in 50m Back.

Jocelyn Macphail (17): Finished first in 400m IM, third in 200m IM, fifth in 100m Fly, seventh in 50m Back and 100m Breast, ninth in 100m Back, 10th in 100m Free and 13th in 50m Breast.

Piercyn Berg (9): Finished first in 100m Back, second in 100m Breast (11-year-old Festival Time) and 200m Breast, fourth in 50m Back, seventh in 200m Free and ninth in 50m Free.

Caleb Martin (9): Finished first in 200m Back, third in 50m Free (11-year-old Festival Time), 50m Fly and 200m Free, fifth in 100m Breast and sixth in 50m Back and 100m Back.

Ryes Pattison (10): Finished second in 50m Breast, third in 100m Breast (10-year-old Festival Time), fourth in 50m Fly and 100m Free, fifth in 200m Free, sixth in 50m Free, seventh in 50m Back and eighth in 100m Back.

Male 11-12

Gage Anderson (12): Finished first in 50m Back, 100m Back (13-year-old Provincial Time) and 400m Free (12 and under Provincial Time), second in 200m Back and 200m Free (12 and under Provincial Time), fifth in 200m IM and eighth in 100m Breast.

Jack Mulligan (12): Finished 11th in 100m Breast, 12th in 50m Breast, 14th in 100m Free, 16th in 100m Back, 17th in 50m Free and 22nd in 50m Fly.

Zachary Pillibeit (13): Finished 29th in 100m Back and 100m Breast, 30th in 50m Free and 34th in 100m Free.

Micah Smith (13): Finished sixth in 400m Free, 21st in 50m Back, 22nd in 50m Breast, 23rd in 100m Back, 24th in 50m Fly and 200m Free, 25th in 50m Free and 26th in 100m Free.

Leo Yonkman (14): Finished third in 50m Breast (14-15-year-old Provincial Time), seventh in 50m Free (14-15-year-old Provincial Time), eighth in 100m Free, 10th in 50m Fly, 11th in 100m Breast and 200m Free, 13th in 50m Back and 17th in 100m Back.

Male 15 & over

Matthew Daley (16): Finished fifth in 50m Breast, seventh in 100m Breast, eighth in 50m Fly and 100m Free and 11th in 50m Free.

Wyatt Gage (15): Finished third in 100m Fly (14-15 year-old Provincial Time), sixth in 50m Fly, 50m Breast, 100m Free and 200m IM, seventh in 50m Back (14-15 year-old Provincial Time), eighth in 50m Free (16 and over Provincial Time) and ninth in 100m Back.
