1954 ~ CHERYL MORINE ~ 2025 It is with profound sadness that the families of Cheryl (Rohatyn) Morine announce her sudden passing due to cancer on April 3, 2025, in Medicine Hat, Alberta. OSCAR WILSON
OSCAR WILSON 1949 ~ 2025 Oscar Lloyd Wilson passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the age of 76 years.
Oscar was raised in Richmound, Saskatchewan, and resided in Medicine Hat for most of his life. He maintained the family farm in Richmound for many years and was also an Oil Field Supervisor with North Canadian Oil.
Oscar was predeceased by his beloved wife, Donna Marie Wilson (nee Johnson), and is survived by his stepson Vincent Thane, Vincent’s wife Esther, and their children Olivia and Matthias. Oscar will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his extended family and the many friends who knew and cared for him.
Please join us to celebrate Oscar’s life over lunch at Ralph’s Texas Bar and Grill on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All are welcome to come and share stories, laughter, and memories. A private interment will take place.
In memory of Oscar Wilson, and in honour of his late wife Donna’s Metis heritage, donations may be made to support Metis students in Arts and Humanities.
