MOGCK, KENNETH GERALD 1944-2025 We are sad to announce that Ken Mogck of Eckville, AB passed away January 31, 2025 at Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, at the age of 80 years old, after deteriorating health and a short battle with pneumonia. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home in Eckville. A private family service will be held at the Benalto Cemetery, on a future date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to your local Family & Community Support Services, or a charity of your choosing. Ken’s family would like to thank those at the Rimbey and Red Deer Hospital’s who assisted with his care. We would also like extend a heartfelt thank you to family and friends for their support.

MYRNA LOIS BROSNIKOFF November 7th, 1941 March 1st, 2025 Myrna Brosnikoff passed away on March 1st, 2025, at the age of 83 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, John Brosnikoff; sons, Steven (Doreen) and Ryan; daughter, Jona Hanna; grandchildren, Tyler (Jamie) Brosnikoff, Jennifer (Travis) Glasgo, Amber (Chris) Schenkey, Justin (Jessica) Brosnikoff, Brianne Brosnikoff and Mika Hanna; brother, Verdon Hurd; sister, Judy; 11 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Myrna was predeceased by her brother, Jerry Hurd and sister, Noreen Hill.
Myrna was born in Cardston, AB. Her family moved around and settled in Medicine Hat, AB where she attended high school. Myrna met John at an AGT office party where she worked. Her second career was an after-school supervisor at Ross Glen School which was her true calling in life as she loved helping children.
A Private Family Service will be held and a Celebration of Life will follow in the late spring, service information will be announced once available.

It is with heavy hearts the family of Tarra Louise White announce her passing at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the age of 45 years. Left to remember her beautiful spirit are her parents, Michael White (Jean Koski) and Carol (Tony) Bazzo; brother, Chris White and his children, Rayne, Mya and Hayden; sister, Shelly (Paul) Holowaty and their children, Avah and Austin; furlline companions, Piper and Drummer as well numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends especially her best friend, Suzanne Willberge who was always by Tarra’s side and long time friend, Warren Smith and his son, Truman. She was welcomed into heaven by her Baba, Poppy and Nanny. Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Tarra moved to Medicine Hat after graduation, embracing her new community with warmth and enthusiasm.She was a proud member of the South Alberta Pipes and Drums, where she found joy in music and camaraderie. Tarra enjoyed her time working at Ralph’s, where she met many wonderful people. She also dedicated nearly 15 years of service to Canada Post.An avid fisher, Tarra cherished time spent on the water with Chris and family. Some of her happiest moments were at the cottage, surrounded by loved ones, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories.Tarra’s kindness, humour, and unwavering love for family and friends will be deeply missed. A celebration of Tarra’s life will be held at a later date. He will also be dearly missed by all his friends and family near and far. Clayton was predeceased by his father, Milton; grandma, Pearl; and grandpa, Jack; and other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Clayton was born on March 6, 1973, in Saskatoon, SK. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank Brandi Mills, a dear friend who was a huge support throughout the last year. LILLI JETTER

1927 ~ LILLI JETTER ~ 2025 Lilli Jetter passed away peacefully, at the age of 97 years, on Thursday February 27, 2025, at River Ridge Seniors Village, Medicine Hat, AB. Lilli was born December 26, 1927, in Romania. She was predeceased by her husband, Dan Jetter in 1986, and her son, Frank Jetter in 2010. Lilli (nee Hintz) married Dan in November 1959. They settled in the Orion area where they had a mixed farming operation. The Jetter’s moved to Medicine Hat in 1986.
Lilli was brilliant with calculus, and could speak 4 languages: German, Romanian, Russian, and English. In her earlier years back in the old country, she worked for the General Electric (GE) company as an assembly line Supervisor, and won an “Award of Excellence” for asking the simple question Why they would put a kink or bend in the wiring It would operate better if the wire was straight.
Lilli loved her flowers and gardening and spent many hours in her yard. She loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and watch German movies. She made the best pickles and borscht soup. In her later years, she enjoyed babysitting, and she volunteered weekly at Masterpiece retirement home.
In 2015, Lilli moved to Age Care Valleyview Retirement Living, were she enjoyed 10 wonderful years, creating lasting memories, and found comfort in the care and companionship that surrounded her. In her final weeks, her level of care was changing and she made the move to River Ridge. Thank you to the staff at Age Care Valleyview and River Ridge Seniors Village for their dedication and support of Lilli until her passing.
A private family Graveside Service was held yesterday at Hillside Cemetery with Pastor Shane Hein officiating. Memorial gifts in Lilli’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
