ROGER KING
ROGER KING 1943 ~ 2024 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, dad and grandpa, Roger King. Dad passed away surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the age of 80 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 58 years, Phyllis; sons, Robert and James (Kim); grandchildren, Kennedy, Brookelyn, Madison and Hayden as well as his siblings, Garry King and Karan Love. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Elmer and Verona King. We wish to extend a special thanks to all the medical professionals who cared for him in his two year cancer battle, especially the hospital staff on 5 West along with the Home Care and Palliative teams for their excellent care and compassion. The generosity and kindness of friends and relatives has been very supportive. A private family memorial was held on Saturday, April 27, 2024. LILLIAN JUDITH LIEBELT April 9, 1919 April 23, 2024
Lilian Judith Liebelt passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the Grande Prairie Care Center peacefully in her sleep.
Lillian was born on April 9, 1919, at home near Neidpath, SK. She was one of seven siblings. At nineteen years old she left the farm to marry Carl Liebelt. They both built some homes together and lived in Calgary and Kelowna, but, eventually moved back to her old stomping grounds of Medicine Hat.
She was loved by all who met her. Love and friendliness poured from her in every interaction. She spoke her mind and you always knew what she thought.
She will be missed by those who loved her 3

DORSCH BERNICE BRENDA DORSCH, formerly of Medicine Hat, passed away peacefully at Edith Cavell Care Centre in Lethbridge, on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at the age of 72 years.
Bernice is survived by her daughter Tammy (Harry) Fornefett; son Shaun Sultz; her mother Violet Schlenker; brothers Stanley (Pauline) Schlenker and Leroy (Jane) Schlenker; granddaughter Jazlynn Fornefett; nephew Troy and nieces Tara and Krysa.
She was predeceased by her father Vernon Schlenker and nephew Kevin.
Bernice will be lovingly remembered for her caring and helpful nature.
