Marie Logan
MARIE LOGAN 1949 ~ 2022 It is with great sadness that the family of Evelyn Marie Logan announce her passing. She was surrounded by the love of her family when she passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, October 31, 2022, at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish Marie’s memory are her two children, Stephanie Wolfer of Medicine Hat and Clayton (Tonya) Wolfer of Redcliff; four grandchildren, Brittany Pope, Logan Wolfer, Jayden Wolfer and Danielle (Terry) Johnston; three great-grandchildren, Bentley and Astasia Pope and Xavier Johnston. Marie also leaves behind her older sister, Carlotta (Ray) Moore of Strathmore and her younger brother, Tim (Nora) Logan of Medicine Hat as well as numerous nieces, nephews and ‘honourary children’. Marie was born on May 24, 1949, in Olds, AB., to Orville and Lily Logan (nee Genert). She will be missed but never forgotten and always loved. Following Marie’s wishes, her memory will be honoured without the proceedings of a formal funeral service. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting

GORDON STRAUB
GORDON STRAUB April 27th, 1951 November 1st, 2022 The Straub family is very saddened by the death of Gordon, father to Corey (Jackie), Jerry (Angela) and Amber (Mike).
He leaves to mourn his children; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; his sister, Sylvia (Gary); brother, Stanley (Shirley).
He was predeceased by both parents, Lily and Fred; oldest brother, Edward; first wife, Genevieve, mother of Corey and Jerry; as well as second wife, Debbie, mother of Amber.
Gordon grew up playing and loving sports. He later went on to become a coach for both of his boys in hockey, and continued to ref.
Gordon and Debbie moved to their acreage in 1993, where they pursued their passion for gardening, fishing, and their love for animals.
The family would like to thank Rocky, Lenny, and Jim for all their help.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday November 10th from 2:00-5:00 at Hampton Inn & Suites 2510 Box Springs Blvd NW.
