BONNIE JOY BETCKER
March 29th, 1948 – August 30th, 2022
Bonnie Joy Betcker was born March 29, 1948, to Oscar and Violet Maier, and passed away August 30, 2022 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Roy just last year in June. She is survived by her sons, Brad (Lisa) & Monty (Shelly); daughter, Cindy (Aaron) Elhart. Bonnie had 7 grandchildren she was so proud of, Tanner (Vicki) Betcker, Morgan Betcker (Casey Reamer), Rylee Bock (Quinton), Clay Betcker, and Cauy, Cheyenne and Haylee Elhart; 3 great grandchildren that she adored, Heidi and Claire Betcker and Hayes Bock. Bonnie also survived by one brother, Doug (Gay) Maier; sisters in law, Shirley Maier and Lily Betcker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bonnie enjoyed having her family over for get togethers and to spoil everyone. It always took hours to open gifts at Christmas because she loved to make sure everyone had the same amount of gifts to open and there was always plenty. She loved to knit and sew and made wonderful blankets for every grandchild and great grandchild and anyone else she knew who needed one. She will be missed by her family and friends.

LUCILLE “LU” ANNE NOBLE
May 29th, 1951 – August 31st, 2022
Lu Noble passed away on August 31st, 2022, at the age of 71 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Mel Noble; daughters, Natasha (Michael) Schmidt and Tamra Noble; grandchildren, Chase Griffin, Ryland Schmidt and Holden Schmidt; sisters, Donna, Shirley, Judy, Yvonne and Sheila; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lu was predeceased by her parents, Tony and Margaret Drescher.
Lu was family orientated, a world traveller and very involved with her church.

Frank Nelles, was born in Robsart, Saskatchewan, who married his great love Gloria Wenaas, peacefully passed from a wonderful life August 10, 2022 at the age of 92. PHYLLIS KATHLENE SCHNEIDER
June 12th, 1925 – August 28th, 2022
Phyllis Schneider passed away peacefully at South Country Village on August 28th, 2022, at the age of 97 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her; grandchildren, Nichole (Mark) Neubauer and their children, Logan and Evie; Bobbie (Rodney) Read and their children, Tyson and Beau.
Phyllis was predeceased by her parents; husband, Emil Schneider; sons, Glen Sherwood, Jim Sherwood and Gord Sherwood; daughter, Linda Hope; grandchild, Brett Hope.
Phyllis worked in retail management over the years. She was an amazing cook and crafter; her pantry was always full of canned goods that the kids would fight over. She loved her cabin in Elkwater and enjoyed quilting and knitting. She was also in a knitting club.

Warren Roger Volstad was a loving son to the late Evelyn and Otto Volstad; loving brother to Myrna (Walter) Stanford, loving husband to the late Pat Volstad; supportive and loving dad to Craig (Christina) Volstad, Kerri (Jeff) Volstad and Tyler Volstad. He was also a loving grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren, Makayla, Riley, Alexandra and Maxine and one great-granddaughter, Everley. Warren passed away peacefully in Medicine Hat on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 and will be remembered for all the wonderful times and memories he brought to many lives. He was a hard worker all of his life and his children love him for all he tried to do for them as they grew up. In respecting Warren’s wishes, a formal funeral service will not be held.
