1940 ~ HELEN RETELBACK ~ 2022

Helen Retelback (nee Moore) of Medicine Hat, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Home on Saturday, August 27th, 2022 at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Brenda (Don) Weiss; grandchildren, Ronny (Kendra) Weiss, Randy Weiss, Raven (Cole) Weiss; brother, Rick (Darren) Moore; brother-in-law, Cliff Sackman; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Helen Moore; son, Glenn Retelback; sisters, Bea McCallum and Jess Sackman; and nephew, Warren Besplug. Helen was a woman of many passions. Her hobbies and interest included reading and gardening. She loved her garden and enjoyed time spent on her deck admiring her flowers. She loved everything and anything to do with Elvis Presley but her greatest love was her family and friends and she devoted as much time as she could to them. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. PHYLLIS KATHLENE SCHNEIDER

June 12th, 1925 – August 28th, 2022

Phyllis Schneider passed away peacefully at South Country Village on August 28th, 2022, at the age of 97 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her; grandchildren, Nichole (Mark) Neubauer and their children, Logan and Evie; Bobbie (Rodney) Read and their children, Tyson and Beau.

Phyllis was predeceased by her parents; husband, Emil Schneider; sons, Glen Sherwood, Jim Sherwood and Gord Sherwood; daughter, Linda Hope; grandchild, Brett Hope.

Phyllis worked in retail management over the years. She was an amazing cook and crafter; her pantry was always full of canned goods that the kids would fight over. She loved her cabin in Elkwater and enjoyed quilting and knitting. She was also in a knitting club.
