Bob passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 83 years. He was born on May 21, 1938 in Medicine Hat and lived as a child on a farm in the Mendham, Saskatchewan area. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol and one son, Dale Eisenbarth; one brother, Alvin (Carol) Eisenbarth; one brother-in-law, Charles (Sylvana) Becker, and many wonderful nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Lydia and William Eisenbarth; brothers, Richard (Esther) Eisenbarth, Fred (Edith) Eisenbarth, Herb (Lottie) Eisenbarth; sisters, Clara (Ray) Becker, Emma (Frank) Kipta, Martha (Earl) Janecke; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Adam and Annie Becker.
Bob and Carol were married for 62 wonderful years. Bob worked as a truck driver for Cranes Cartage and Storage for many years. In 1965, they bought an irrigation farm six miles west of Medicine Hat that kept both of them busy, but it was what they enjoyed.
Bob stayed very active in curling, senior baseball, and golfing. They had a great group of friends that were called the curling/golfing group and went out for supper together every Wednesday night at different pubs in Medicine Hat.
Bob and Carol loved travelling and made many wonderful holiday trips and cruises to different parts of the world.
Bob loved to play music and had a five piece band (Relative Sound, and Mixed Company) for 46 years. He played a great saxophone and drums until his passing. When he was young, he played in The Medicine Hat City Band, and later he taught clarinet and drums to several young students. He was also a sergeant in the Militia and played in a Militia band. There were many weekend parties in their garage and yard at the farm, with campers everywhere. Many musicians, great friends, and lots of music which Bob really enjoyed.
Bob and Carol retired and moved to Medicine Hat in December 2019, and moved into a condo in Park Meadows Village.
Bob’s family would like to thank the staff in ICU at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital, especially the nurses and Dr. Slaba.

KENNETH MACLEOD
1948 ~ 2022
With great sadness, the family of Kenneth MacLeod announce that he passed away in Medicine Hat on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at the age of 73 years. Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Steven and Michelle; grandchildren, Gage, CJ, Connor and Sara as well as great-grandchildren, Anastasia, Hunter and Violet. Along with his beloved wife Julie, Ken was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Marjorie, as well as three siblings, Malcolm, Michael and Alison. Ken worked as a Millwright Machinist in Medicine Hat prior to his retirement. He and Julie also had a farm in the Whitla area and were active members in the community. Anyone who knew Ken, knew that in addition to his great sense of humour, he was the type of person that would give the shirt off his back to a complete stranger and help anyone in need. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you honour Ken’s legacy by going out and doing something for a complete stranger. Something unexpected, any kind of good deed, in his name. This is how he lived his life, and there would be no better legacy or way to honour and remember him than that. A Private Celebration honouring Ken’s life with interment following at Hillside Cemetery will take place in the near future. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting our website at
