1933 ~ FLOYD RONAN ~ 2021

Charles Floyd Ronan passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021 at the age of 88 years, beloved husband of Dolores Ronan of Medicine Hat. A private family funeral service will be held in the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend. Due to the restrictions brought forward by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, indoor public gatherings are to be kept to 50 people. Masks are mandatory. The service will be live streamed, and family and friends who are unable to attend are invited to watch the service by searching for the Pattison Funeral Home Youtube page. The video will go live 10 minutes prior to service time and will remain on the youtube page for future viewing. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember Charles with a donation, may do so to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Diabetes Education Centre, or The Kidney Foundation of Canada. 1934 ~ WILLIAM KUNTZ ~ 2021

William Martin “Bill” Kuntz of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of Doreen Kuntz, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021 at the age of 87 years. Along with Doreen, William leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Tom (Danelle) Kuntz; sister Vivian (Barry) Dooley; nephews, Christopher, Michael (Andrea), and Charles (April); nieces, Shelly (Brian) Norris and Alice Dietrich; brothers-in-law, Ken (Marilyn) Eirich and Lyle (Mary) Eirich; Doreen’s nephews and nieces, Gerald (Angie) Eirich, Candace (Russel) Digney, and Roxanne (Kim) Eirich; as well as fur babies, Nipper and Sam. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Eugenia Kuntz; brother, Ted Kuntz; sister, Anna Dietrich; niece, Mary Williams; and Dave Rozdeba. Bill was born on June 24th, 1934 in Richmound, SK. He married the love of his life on April 6th, 1957 and together they began their life’s journey. Bill farmed for many years as well as working as a diesel mechanic. He was gifted with a talent for woodwork, carpentry, and construction and was proud to have built three of their homes. In his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing and was especially fond of the time he spent fishing with Doreen. Bill held an unwavering faith in God and rarely missed the opportunity to attend church on Sunday mornings. He was a friend to all he met and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. The Funeral Service will be held at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2793 Southview Drive SE MEDICINE HAT, AB T1B 2H1, on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Pastor James Bredeson officiating. Interment will follow at Saamis Prairie View Cemetery.
