NORINE LUCILLE MOORE

June 23, 1956 ~ February 25, 2021

On Thursday, February 25, 2021, Norine Lucille Moore passed away peacefully in Medicine Hat at the age of 64 years while surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 23, 1956, Norine led a beautiful life and was adored by all those who were lucky enough to meet her. She was strong, sassy, and much to the detriment of others, stubborn as hell. There was never a dull moment lived with her by your side. Whether it was playing yahtzee, baking dessert or being corralled into another photoshoot, there was always a sassy remark to be said and a radiant smile to join it. Norine is survived by her husband, Douglas, their three children and their families: daughter, Shandi (Clayton) Hurlbert and their children, Kody, Rylie, and Shyla; son, Christopher Moore (Samantha Poch); daughter, Danielle Moore (Ian Gutjahr) and their children, Kaiden and Connor; siblings, Joyce Morrison and Barry (Shaireen) Osborne as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Norine was predeceased by her parents, Clayton and Hanna Osborne as well as her parents-in-law, Arthur and Dorothy Moore. With Norine’s passing, there is a spark stolen from the world; a spark that will be dearly missed. Norine truly lived each moment to the fullest and made countless memories with family and friends that they will cherish forever. With her sheer stubbornness and unique soul, Norine and her stories will live on for generations.

“Another year passes, another year gone,
The memories we made, and new memories go on.
As money can buy all the things that we crave,
It’s memories and family that we treasure and save.
A family is something you can never replace,
A memory is something you can never erase.
So many memories to treasure and love,
I thank all the angels watching above.”

A private graveside service will be held for the family.
