TERRY HOFFART

1962 ~ 2018
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Terry Lynn Hoffart, beloved wife of Allan Hoffart, announce her passing at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Friday, April 6, 2018, at the age of 55 years. Terry was born in Medicine Hat on June 19, 1962, a daughter to Daniel and Dianne Biggs. She grew up in Medicine Hat where she received her schooling and attended the Medicine Hat College. While attending college, she met Allan and they were later married on June 25, 1988. Their marriage was blessed with the births of their two boys, Dustin and Brady. For many years she worked as a receptionist in a variety of professions and spent the last five years with Palliser Orthodics. Terry was a natural perfectionist and it was evident in all she did. She was a very caring and kind lady who truly believed in helping those in need… whether it be ringing the bells at Christmas for the Salvation Army or supporting underprivileged children, she always put the needs of others first. Terry cherished her family and the memories made and captured them in her scrapbooking in which she loved to do. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Allan and their two boys, Dustin & Brady; her mother, Dianne Biggs; chosen family, Rod and Lorraine Seitz and their children, Darren and Dylan; a brother, Kelly (Vicki) Biggs as well as her nieces and nephews. Terry was predeceased by a son, Richard Kyle Hoffart; brother, Dan Biggs Jr. and her father, Dan Biggs Sr. A Celebration of Terry’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Father Tomy Manjaly officiating.
